ReelStaged Studio ("we," "us," or "our") operates the ReelStaged Studio website and mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (managed through Supabase Auth).

Photos You Upload: We process the photos you upload solely to generate AI-staged images. Uploaded photos and generated images are stored in your account and are not shared with third parties.

Usage Data: We collect basic usage analytics such as feature usage counts, plan tier, and credit consumption to improve our service.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our AI staging services
• To process your uploaded photos through AI models (OpenAI) to generate staged images
• To manage your account, subscription, and billing
• To send service-related communications (account updates, billing notices)
• To improve our product and user experience

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and file storage
• OpenAI — AI image generation and editing
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — web hosting

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

4. Data Retention

Your uploaded photos and generated images are retained in your account for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual projects and images at any time. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your generated images at any time
• Opt out of non-essential communications

7. Children's Privacy

ReelStaged Studio is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
