How do image credits work?
Each AI-generated image consumes one credit from your monthly allowance. Previewing results in the app is free — credits are only deducted when you hit Generate. Credits reset on your billing date each month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
What file formats are supported for upload?
We support JPEG, PNG, WEBP, TIFF, and Canon CR3 uploads. Maximum file size is 20MB per image. For best results, use high-resolution photos (minimum 1200×800px).
Do watermarks appear on free plan images?
Yes. Free-plan AI outputs include a ReelStaged Studio watermark. Upgrade to Starter ($19/mo) or higher to remove it.
How do Renovation Mode options work?
Renovation Mode lets you select materials, finishes, fixtures, and colors for 11 different room/space types. Toggle options on or off — the AI applies your selections to the uploaded photo. More specific selections produce more accurate results.
Can I use my images commercially?
Yes. All images generated on paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) are fully licensed for commercial use, including MLS listings, marketing materials, and client deliverables.
How do I add team members on the Agency plan?
Go to Settings → Team Members. You can invite team members by email. Each seat gets their own login and shares the plan's monthly credit pool. Agency plan includes 3 seats; additional seats available as add-ons.
