ReelStaged Studio provides AI-powered virtual staging, photo enhancement, and image editing tools designed for real estate professionals. Our service transforms uploaded property photos using artificial intelligence.
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to use ReelStaged Studio only for lawful purposes related to real estate marketing and property visualization. You may not:
AI-generated staging images should be disclosed as virtually staged when used in property listings, in compliance with applicable real estate regulations (including California AB 723 and NAR guidelines). Free-tier images include an automatic "Virtually Staged" watermark. Paid-tier users are responsible for proper disclosure in their listings.
Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your images through our AI pipeline solely to provide the service.
Generated Images: Images generated by our AI tools on paid plans are licensed to you for commercial use, including MLS listings, marketing materials, and client deliverables. Free-tier generated images may be used for personal evaluation purposes.
Our Service: ReelStaged Studio, including our AI models, interface, branding, and technology, remains our intellectual property.
Plans: We offer Free, Starter ($19/mo), Pro ($49/mo), and Agency ($129/mo) plans. Plan details and credit allowances are listed on our pricing page.
Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period.
Credits: Image credits reset monthly on your billing date. Unused credits do not roll over.
Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase for unused credits. Contact support for refund requests.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation quality may vary. We are not liable for temporary outages, maintenance windows, or variations in AI output quality.
ReelStaged Studio is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
